TD Umwelttechnik GmbH & Co. KG. will represent Trisoplast Mineral Liners at the Deponieworkshop in Liberec (CZ).The central theme of the workshop, held on 28 and 29 November, is “Neue Technologien im Deponiebau und in der Rekultivierung im internationalen Vergleich“, new technologies in landfill construction and in recultivation, compared to international developments.

In Eastern Europe, as well as in many other countries world-wide, environmental awareness is increasing rapidly. This workshop deals with the important issue of determining the environmental risks caused by landfills in the Czech Republic, as well as presenting available techniques for environmental protection and landfill aftercare.

Trisoplast is a mineral barrier that originates from developments in landfill and waste management. Its main function for applications on landfills and remediation sites is the waterproofing and sealing of landfills, in order to prevent contaminated leachate deriving from waste to enter the environment. As intensive testing by renowned European research institutes has shown, Trisoplast is a very effective instrument for sealing (hazardous) waste, as it has many advantages in comparison with other barrier systems.

Trisoplast Mineral Liners and its partner TD Umwelttechnik offer a safe sealing system for landfills and thus adds value in the world’s growing awareness about the protection of our environment.
